20:42 pdurbin jeffspies_: if you had to build a Linux GUI in Python, what would you use? (or LyndsySimon)
20:48 LyndsySimon I don't have much experience in that area. PyGTK and wxWidgets come to mind, but I've not used either muck.
20:49 LyndsySimon Kivy also comes to mind, although it is normally thought of as a mobile framework. I know people have written desktop stuff in it.

21:01 jeffspies_ Haven't tried kivy lately, but otherwise I strongly prefer pyqt/pyside as compared to gtk and wx. Could also consider a local webserver approach/chrome extension.
