15:45 pdurbin bsilverstein: the idea from Gustavo was not for https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/issues/2170 . I was wrong. I just checked my notes. For https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/issues/3153 he suggested that after three strikes (or whatever) the user could be forced to reset their password.

19:09 pdurbin bsilverstein: I had to run scripts/database/homebrew/kill9glassfish :)
19:11 bsilverstein pdurbin: for the test? and yeah, not sure why my environment is so finnicky
19:12 pdurbin bsilverstein: what I'm trying to say is that you (and I) should really really make sure glassfish is down
19:12 pdurbin because once glassfish gets confused... all bets are off
19:15 bsilverstein does the homebrew script thoroughly kill all its processes? I ought to do that as well
19:17 bsilverstein (it worked! just the derby stuff remains)
19:17 pdurbin heh. nice
19:39 pdurbin bsilverstein: I made a pull request from my fork to yours: https://github.com/bsilverstein95/dataverse/pull/1
19:39 bsilverstein pdurbin: just saw, awesome!! will get this rolling asap, might take a lil time with the community meeting monday & tues but this is great news
19:39 bsilverstein thanks phil!
20:30 pdurbin :)
