@pdurbin: "Subsequently we discovered that the pages stopped refreshing themselves on July 16th when we migrated to a new web server on the back end. AFAICT that migration caused a server-side metadata refresh process to break. That process initiates a pipeline of processes that result in the Federation Info pages.
