12:36 soU Hello pdurbin since dv4.6 there with handle the next step will be the migration. I am checking this https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/dataverse-migration-wg/bgdvDxH3A10 in addition to that, is there any thing i should check on the existing 3.x installation or any advise? And the google group link on the release page is not correct i think

14:02 donsizemore @soU pay special attention to the pre-migration user/account preening requirements. that's where we spent the bulk of our time
14:03 donsizemore @soU also, for some reason i got it into my head that TwoRavens needed to be installed in the Apache proxy on our Glassfish host, and that isn't the case
14:03 donsizemore @soU TwoRavens' Rapache module had the most significant performance I noticed during our testing. when I rebuild our Dataverse, TwoRavens is going on its own host
14:04 donsizemore I don't mean to answer for @pdurbin, BTW.
14:05 soU donsizemore: ok thanks! it is very helpful  and that is the point
14:12 pdurbin soU: I see what you mean about the link to the dataverse-migration-wg google group being bad at https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/releases/tag/v4.6.2
14:13 pdurbin Ok, I just fixed the link. It should work now.
14:16 pdurbin soU: can you please ask at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/dataverse-migration-wg ?
14:16 pdurbin soU: or via support@dataverse.org
14:16 pdurbin soU: thanks for finishing off the Handle support!
14:18 pdurbin donsizemore: the TwoRavens install docs were re-written for 4.6.2 and they're much better: http://guides.dataverse.org/en/4.6.2/installation/r-rapache-tworavens.html
14:18 pdurbin I was finally able to get it installed.
14:18 pdurbin This is the only part I don't like: http://guides.dataverse.org/en/4.6.2/installation/r-rapache-tworavens.html#d-version-conflict-check-preprocess-r
14:19 pdurbin but we plan to fix that some day when we work on https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/issues/3372
15:36 soU pdurbin: sorry i was on another meeting, You most welcome..hope we'll continue with another issue too.
15:36 soU And i'll ask the group
15:39 soU on top of donsizemore points if there is a link that i should check as a starting point dope me anytime. I plan to start the migration after some weeks (after the community call ) so that it will be easy to get support i guess
