Hi all question on oai, i couldn't find some metadatas which was there on our previous version dv3.0 before migration in particular these metadatas "citation,relation,coverage,rights"

I'm *guessing* that :NavbarAboutUrl sets a text link, but doesn't update the routing

@Thalia_UM I just set a test URL for https://dataverse-test.irss.unc.edu/ and it works as expected under 4.8 (at least for me?)
