00:30	pdurbin	You're right. Some files are public and can be downloaded without an API token.
00:31	pdurbin	Other files have been marked as "restricted" by the author.
00:33	pdurbin	Restricted files can only be downloaded by people who have been given access. So you'd need to request access for your API token to work.
