@pdurbin on that flyway PR... I'll have to recreate the error and/or fish it out of terminal buffer, but I got a Flyway error crabbing that 9.3 was no longer supported upstream and was sent off to upgrade PostgresQL

donsizemore: sure! I tried it but couldn't get it working. But what I was trying to say yesterday is that even when I scp my files into place the shib stuff in ssl.conf makes apache not start.

I usually don't pull the branch. Because I always forget how to run ansible properly. I usually just spin up a new ec2 instance. I'll go do that.
