the repo is my collection of shell scripts with a pre-defined structure and default data.

in general, it looks for data in the specific instance folder, if not it looks in resources. scripts is just the collection of all shell calls/activities, which can be done and undone.

and for future reference / ircbot, advancedSearch=TRUE is less important than not typo'ing the "fq=name:value" syntax (aka - you can use "fq:name:value" all you want, but it won't work
