12:12	donsizemore	@nightowl313 you're essentially overwriting the new/pristine domain1 with your existing domain1 from the earlier version
12:13	donsizemore	@nightowl313 and between you and me, something happened in 5.3 performance-wise, so unless you're upgrading for a particular feature or bugfix, i'd hold off on 5.3

15:33	donsizemore	@poikilotherm2 something did. just silly measurements in deployment time, initial homepage load, then from that point forward 5.3 is noticably sluggish for the end-user

15:36	donsizemore	@pdurbin there are some outputs of "time curl ..." floating around in Slack comparing 5.2 and 5.3 on the same hardware
15:38	pdurbin	That's good but "noticably sluggish for the end-user" concerns me the most. It would be nice to measure this somehow.
