I want to correct the `_{“status”:”OK”,”data”:{“message”:”starting reindex of dataverse 135”}}_` line in the Sphinx docs but I don't see why the current RST syntax is displaying the underscores

in theory, the underscores should do the needful, but I'll submit the PR with asterisks?

I haven't run either through sphinx; but pandoc thinks the asterisks should get you italics
