14:47 ruebot https://github.com/ruebot/dotfiles/tree/master/irssi
14:47 ruebot there is a dated config i use if it is of any help
14:48 * pdurbin clicks follow on https://github.com/ruebot
14:49 ruebot http://kdubois.net/?p=375
14:49 ruebot at little more about the hilight plugin
14:50 * ruebot follows back
14:59 * pdurbin tweaks the schema in solr: https://github.com/dvn/solrpoc/commit/2ff5b24
15:23 * pdurbin wonders if &rows=2147483647 is the normal way to get all the results from solr http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10039778/how-to-get-all-results-from-solr-query/10080733#10080733
15:27 pdurbin at least it works :)
16:10 pdurbin ruebot: oh, you're this guy: https://groups.google.com/d/topic/dataverse-community/_sd4ahWzdts/discussion :)
16:54 pdurbin right, so to determine which database server, port, name of database etc for your DVN, you look at dvnDbPool in domain.xml (glassfish) per http://guides.thedata.org/book/dv-jdbc-resources
17:31 ruebot pdurbin: that's me.
17:48 pdurbin sbmarks: you're on that thread too
17:48 pdurbin ruebot: I hope we answered your questions well enough
17:48 ruebot totally
17:49 pdurbin cool
18:04 pdurbin our production database is a little under 3 GB when you dump it (uncompressed) in case that's a useful data point
18:20 sbmarks yes, very
18:31 ruebot that makes sense. the mysql database for this: http://digitalcollections.mcmaster.ca/ was about 2GB when i left\
18:31 ruebot and iirc that was about 30k objects
18:33 pdurbin nice site
18:33 ruebot thanks! (super dated - last time it was updated was 2009)
18:35 sbmarks So, you guys are working with Thompson Reuters for the Data Citation Index.....what kind of harvesting protocol do they use?
18:37 * ruebot would love to know the answer to that. i couldn't get one from the vendor last week.
