is it possible somehow to store API endpoint with some metadata as object, just url? it's pretty obvious that Dataverse should be extended with new object type called API and "paper" should describe filtering and querying possibilities.

well, file is not something they're discussing now in the meeting. it's more how to describe endpoints to query data from different datasets with common API .

well, you could search for names of variables within files, for example. it's not just for metadata of datasets

yes, but I have the idea to use Datavere as aggregator of different APIs coming from different organizations.

APIs with specific metadata that can be filled by people and be searchable. object should be url (string) to endpoint.
