13:11	bencomp	our partners chose to use DataverseNL to support their (I suppose) RDM processes in line with their Information Strategies, but their Needs Management processes have triggered Change Management to ask for changes in IT; i.e. they want Dataverse 4

13:13	bencomp	but they also want persistent identifiers (and they will have to be Handle for the foreseeable future) and metadata export via OAI-PMH to fit their other information architecture
