hi I have just tried to follow the dev env setup and hit a problem with the jdbc driver. I have tried to use postgress 9.6. Should this work or should I try an earlier version? Thanks

pdurbin: in my PR it shows that much changes because i fork the new branch and after i clone it i merged develop branch into handle-support branch and resolve the conflict as you can see in my fork. but i guess it would be better if i use rebase right?

soU: hi! Personally, I'm somewhat scared of rebase. What we need to unblock the issue is the ability to see a clean diff of a small number of changes so that we can code review it.

pdurbin: you are right but as you said the branch is way behind the dev branch, more than 500 files are modified on dev branch while the branch was on DANS's fork,before you bring it on IQSS.So how can we bring those modified files in dev branch into handle-support? what i did was merge the dev into handle-support branch. if you compare the dev branch of IQSS and handle-support of sol-hm's fork, only 18 files are changed.https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/com
