19:03	spfraib	Hi #dataverse, I am new here and I have a basic question. I am about to publish a paper and would like to share a dataset to make the paper reproducible. The dataset belongs to a company so I am looking for a way to give access to the dataset to other researchers only for research purposes. Is it possible to control who access a dataset on dataverse and have them sign a form to commit to only use a dataset for research before they are allowed

19:08	pameyer1	hi spfraib - Dataverse does support publishing files that are restricted (where people would need to agree to some set of terms before downloading). I don't know offhand about signed forms; that might be something where you'd get a better answer at supportdataverse.org
