11:27	tcoupin	I found 2 methods to fix this issue: change FileReader to InputStreamReader(FileInputStream, 'utf-8') in https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/blob/develop/src/main/java/edu/harvard/iq/dataverse/api/DatasetFieldServiceApi.java#L232
