14:22 golsch Hello, I am currently trying to deploy Dataverse. Is there a protection against wgets so that only privileged users can download files vor the fid?
14:27 pdurbin joined #dataverse
14:28 pdurbin golsch: yes, you can mark files as "restricted" to prevent unauthorized download.
14:33 golsch Thank you, is there no way to restrict unpublished sets?
14:34 pdurbin Files in unpublished datasets should only be downloadable by people with access such as the creator or collaborators or admins.
14:41 pdurbin Or people who have been given a Private URL link.
14:42 golsch Yeah, right. I have found the mistake, thank you very much.
14:44 pdurbin Sure thing.
17:59 pdurbin donsizemore: I'm trying out tabularingestsizelimit in dataverse-ansible for the first time. Thanks again for that.
18:09 donsizemore ah do sumthin raht, wunst in a while

20:15 pdurbin worked like a charm
20:21 pameyer always nice when that happens
20:22 pdurbin Otherwise it takes forever to spin up an instance.
20:23 pdurbin And we have a handy "reingest" API, which I just tried for the first time, if you actually want some of those bigger files to be ingested.
