15:38	poikilotherm	pdurbin I'm not sure we should do it. It would improve backward compatibility (no need to change the password alias in an existing installation), but your doc changes are targeted to new installations, aren't they?
15:43	pdurbin	Ok, I moved JMS to QA. Now, for the alias stuff, would you be able to add a comment on the open pull request explaining why the alias changed? Internally we were discussing how the rest of the aliases still end in _alias but now the one for the postgres password looks different. Is it simply a consistency thing? You were on a roll with dataverse.db.whatever?

15:58	pdurbin	An easier question to answer is who my doc change is for. Yes, it's for new installations. Without the doc change, the guides are not consistent with the code.
